If I could have one wish to come true
I would make the trade of me for you
Shout out with all my love to the heavens above
Dive blind to the depths below to let them know
I would trade all I owned so that he wouldn't
live through his life suffering all alone.
Misery without company
Broken wings that could never fly
Legions of grim omens to come
Prolonged til the day he die.
Now I sit there and watch him lie,
not frightened nor fearful
but emotionally dry.
What I would give for one wish to come true
That I could make the trade of me for you.
Choking on his apathy I try not to cry.
"Is there anything you want from me?"
"Pleas
Staring down the barrel of a loaded gun
oh I guess sometimes it's not much fun
Staring down the barrel of a loaded gun
I'm sure these people found it no fun
a small time village where all people thrived
until one day, their leader took a dive.
A ruthless leader who wanted more
I know you've heard it, tis quite a bore.
Then a talented individual just said no
although it was a tad psycho
as they started quite a hefty uproar.
Hundreds of people gathered
Hundreds of people fought
Hundreds of people battled their own nation
Just to land in distraught...
Then the absurd one went on the run...

When I play I feel like a shadow
In a deep and dark little meadow
Not sorrounded by an audience that looms
But rather a bit of gloom with a dimly lit moon.
What I hear isn't a rather sweet melody
But rather a lonely tale of tradgedy
Which for me always tells a story
That tends to end quite a bit gory...
This thing I express labeled as art
Is created not from head but from heart
Which sometimes lands me in strife
But it's how I choose to live my life.
Problems are always present.
Why do people focus on their problems?
Why do people focus on the problems of other people?
To make their problems disappear? Seem less apparent?
Hide? Make their problems seem not as bad?
Perhaps, people like problems? Secretly...
What is a problem though, a point of view?
Why not view a problem as a blessing?
People like blessings, if people like blessings...
Wouldn't it make everyone happier?
To have a blessing instead of a problem? Unless...
Perhaps, people dislike blessings? Secretly...
That would be a problem, wouldn't it?
When I think of madness o' what do we see?
Our minds full with cliches tales of absurd, insane glee.
None of this is what madness means to me.
Though an overused idea methinks of such a stereotype
Then again this idea always gives off a peculiar hype.
None of them have real madness in sight.
A state of aberration, one never ending delirium.
A mind still intact but on the outer rim.
None of these words could possibly make madness sound more dim
They always make it sound so grim.
They always have descriptions so thin.
Whilst they wear their grin.

The More I Bled
The More Alive I felt
With every single inch of pearl shaped blood that coursed from my veins to the still raspy air I felt a lingering hunger run down my spinal chords in the dry heat of the day. With every exhaling breath I dared only to allow and slip away, my lungs expanded with only the desire of emptiness before they broke apart with fulfillment.
Every inch... Every drop... Every sip... Every taste... Every scar... Every strain....

First you smile and over think.
Then you close your eyes and brace yourself.
Step up and feel the moment, staring back at you.
You pull off the dare, you take the biggest step.
All of it on the line you don't know why but you feel you just need to.
You stepped up you took the big leap...but.
You've torn yourself apart and lost it, gambled it all away.
Before you know it you ran away.
Hiding deep in the familiarity of an unknown space, comfortable, secure and alone.
Now the dream's at an end, no future.
Tears fall off your body quivering in mid air.
Your lost on a highway and you have no turns left to go, endlessly left to cradle ab
